Property taxes accrue from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Throughout most of the province taxes are payable on June 30 at each year. There will be a tax adjustment for each transaction.

If the vendor has paid the taxes, the vendor will receive a tax credit on the sale. If the purchaser will be paying the taxes, the purchaser will receive a tax credit on the purchase.
